Did you go to Manage Applications and uninstall too?

If yes now you can use Tweak EE...In fact I think Tweak EE allows you to uninstall too so run the uninstall tweak first then install it...

just for your info, when first time i had a MALF LOOP saying there is a software issue and do reflashing. I did full reflash using navifirm and installing EMMC and LEGACY FILE, and all went fine with PR 1.2 and inception 0.2.
But second time i had a MALF LOOP saying there is a hardware issue and do reflashing. Again i used the latest PR 1.3 files from navifirm and reflashed. Since there after everything works fine except inception 0.2.5. I am telling this since may be this can help you to diagnose the real problem and find the solution
(apologies for my bad english)

Uninstall inception then using filebox navigate to /usr/lib/inception/ and /usr/sbin/

You need to delete /usr/lib/inception/ if its still present after uninstallation as well as delete /usr/sbin/pasiv /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run

if you use terminal do:

Code:
devel-su
{enter your password}
rm -rf /usr/lib/inception/
rm -rf /usr/sbin/pasiv
rm -rf /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run
Now reboot and try installing again from Tweak EE...

after your second and third code it says:
can't remove ' /usr/sbin/pasiv' : permission denied
cant remove ' /usr/sbin/pasiv-not-run' : permission denied
