Does that work for anyone? BTW, Gizmo doesn't work for me either. Not between my n800 and a Mac anyway. Issue opened with them, no reply yet.

I wish for a application that will run fine with the webcam (I hope that will be skype). For now, the webcam is pretty much useless.

Ok, can we at least confirm that:
A) This week, by June 29, 2007, there will be a firmware upgrade for the
Nokia N800
B) There will be a Skype Version(with Video) in this new firmware.
C) RobMtl007, has excellent prediction abilities

I've left my 2.5 week old N800 on its original 2.2006.51-6 firmware so far, because I anticipate the next version to be released VERY SOON.

I am really looking forward and hoping for Skype with Video support on my N800 to make full use of the Nokia's N800 Wi-Fi webcam capabilities with friends in other countries hopefully running Skype on various portable devices.
In the UK I get 250 mins per month wi-fi (BT Openzone with my Home ADSL account) which are not being fully utilised. The thought of sitting in a bar somewhere in UK chatting to friends in a bar in Madrid for example would certainly help me to socialise with my friends in a more normal environment than behind a PC screen.
There is nothing better than being able to say "cheers" over a drink whilst having what is the most normal method of socialising with friends wherever they may be in the world.
I have already used Skype to have a meal with friends via a webcam and laptop at either end of the connection and it can be a very involving experience when you cannot be together in person.
