Just one question
are the updates localized? I mean, you all say "nothing in my country" but isn't the firmware almost global?, how many different firmwares are out there? 3, maybe 4??

Theres actually a few variants (UK has 2)
I have a list in my healthcheck app - but in total its about 4/5 per firmware.

Yes they are localized with regards to server rollouts though. so allthough we may get the same firmware, the servers spread the load.
