Okay, I'm looking for content...
If you guys had to build the ideal FOSS coding team for Maemo efforts, what sort of roles do you see as necessary? What's the minimum team size needed for a solid, sustained project? What's the maximum? What other aspects do you see as critical?
Keep in mind I'm looking for opinions here, but well-reasoned ones.

I know you want interpretations, but since I'm drawing a blank I'm going to give you a suggestion instead:
Warm it up. Here's an image I stole from the RX-51 review. Use something like this to replace your "individual" double-arrow. I hate to see individuals trying to go in two directions at once.
