that is really a bad contract for £25/mo, im paying 30 and get way more than that.
id call tmobile and ask if you can change your tariff as you believe the one your on currently to be bad value for money - just a quick look round tmobiles site found this contract which is more than what you get now but the same price as your paying :

Contact them to discuss & renegotiate a new tariff for the same price. That sounds a poor one for the monies.

If you move and your new residence is in a location where the provider has zero service, they may let you out of your contract for free. People I know have done that. But they *actually* moved.
