Why are you using that command? In the wiki, it says you should be doing something like this:

Please try and be clearer in your posts - earlier you send you were on Windows 7, and that you'd try XP - what was the result? What O/S are you on now? etc etc

I have successfully flashed the Rom for several times .
Isn't that command about "cold flash "?

I flashed my N900 all on win7 before and all is successful.

Follow the instructions in the wiki.
If it "doesn't work", copy/paste what you have done and the results here.

I tried the normal ways so many times follwing the instructions in the wiki

how could I judge it a handware problem or just about software?

Without your help I nearly can do nothing but complaining about my fault...

Flasher-3.5 drivers are broken on Windows 7, do it from an Ubuntu LiveCD.

But I can flash it successfully before

And for so many times on Win7 it works
