ok disable rnd mode since it doesnt look like rnd mode can fix it for you...
now that your device is locked i can't think of how to access it...
the last way without reflashing would be: http://wiki.meego.com/N950/Fixing_MALF_state
This requires linux and will put your phone in open mode but saves you the trouble of reflashing...
Just follow till step 7 and after that delete the theme folder you installed in /usr/share/themes/fdb-blue

if you downloaded flasher from the link i gave you earlier you can skip it so you download the 1st and 2nd files...the 4th one is for those people whose phone cant get detected on the PC...just download it in case you too cant get it to work..
Edit: Like i said earlier follow to step 7 then enter your rootfs directory and delete the folder /usr/share/theme/fdb-blue
once you umount the partitions and reboot your phone the theme will be gone from your device and default "blanco" theme will be applied hence fixing things up...
Edit2: If after deleting the above folder your phone still acts up due to "blanco" folder being affected, you can download a clean "blanco" folder from http://www.multiupload.com/3W9AGT7V03 [link courtesy F2thak]. Just replace your phone's blanco foler with F2thak's clean one...
