Code:
flasher-3.5 --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset
That should boot up the N900, if it auto connects to wifi then you can just ssh in and reinstall hildon-desktop.

Zenit:

Since you have the features configuration program.
you can execute the following to restore the default transitions.ini file

Code:
sudo /opt/CSSUfeatures/updateTransitions copyDefault
exclude the sudo if you are already root.

Thanks was able to access X-term during one of the reboots by plugging into the laptop just when it boots up and before rebooting and then restored the default ini file

Cheers

I do not see the option other than:
Blurless desaturation.

Can't disable this annoyance thing.

Found it it's not saturation it's the Radius value. Changed it to 0 and voila it fixed.

hey frriend, I did resolve it.
1. Deinstall Media IM Status Updater
2. Delete ".media-im-status-updater.ini" file; use MC (Midnight Commander) and scroll down in home/user
3. reinstall Media IM Status Updader
Good Luck

it has some bugs though that doesnt help me in everyday use, so i would like to know if it is possible to uninstall and revert back to stock platform

I ve searched but havent found a proper solution to that, any help?
