i just bought a counterfie bluetooth dongle with a bd number (mac address thingy) of 11.11.11.11,11. everyone else seamed happy with their purchase. it must be common knowlage that this is what u get for 6 bucks

I got 3 of those. The seller refunded my money when I told him.

These dongles are very likely the result of either poor quality controls or deliberate act of the vendor not to participate in official bt address allocation.

Sometimes they will work ok, as long as the host doesn't care and there are no other radios with that address around...
