Apply on startup is tricky, we need another script or daemon and it needs to be very careful to not apply the same frequency and voltage 2x in a row if you get an unexpected reboot, otherwise you can get a brick (you would need to reflash but if we apply the bad settings too early you might not be able). I saw 1 more line of wifi signal with 1.3GHZ or maybe its luck, gonna test it further. (Im not using the GUI)

when this happened i was tweaking some values in /sys/devices/cpu/cpufreq/
