I'm definitely not going to trade all these for 54pixels, no way.
The only things in your list jumping out at me are the keyboard, but if the vkb is out-of-this-world, I might actually like it. And widgets because I think they're useful. Everything else I can live without if this thing is like sex with chocolate. Can't wait! (for either)

How could he show it to you without you now having your own copy of the image/vid?
(Which'd get him into awfully big trouble if he really is an employee)
Or do you happen to live in the same part of the world?
Even if he showed you physically, it'd equate to job termination if his identity were ascertained

I just don't get how all these supposed employees are leaking so much info.
Even if they're only very little "dribs & drabs" of info, it adds up to a fairly detailed reveal.
And if it's all 100% true then they're srsly sticking their neck out, which is why I Qn the veracity.

Higher-end devices can have 32GB (or even 64GB if i dare) +64GB Card = 96GB... So losing 32gb means a lot to me

If they did find that out... that will actually be quite impressive... Ahhhh, so many ups and downs :S lol

Now i hope that my provider dont want extra money for the micro-sim card...

thank you for the information about the front cam, now i dont have to post it

@ALL: Zeh mentioned in his german site that the front cam for video calling is at the bottom right corner of the device... yes, bottom right... first i though that it could be the new place for some sensors, but K123 told me that it is the front cam...

so, WHY did they place it at the bottom right corner?

maybe its the cam mentioned in this pic (14B)
its just a theory, so dont take me too serious...

That device really looks like the old Palm V.

The loss is big I agree. I still prefer the developers device. But to early for me to decide to buy or not. It does have, I presume , a much better camera than the n900.

The N900 is a pocket sized powerful (linux) computer.
The next devices won't be like it. They will always loose some functions (fmtx, infrared), things deemed to old or not necessary anymore by some.
So the N900 is truly one of a kind for years to come.
