Ah, yeah that would be an issue for me since even my zagg on the old e71 started getting lint on the edges after a year, that would drive me nuts

I want a Screen Protector made as accurate as Zagg does.
I want a Screen Protector that has glue on its back as Zagg.
I want a Screen Protector that has harder surface than Zagg.
I want a Screen Protector that sticks on at the edges.

ZAGG ! i`d rather get a new one after 6months to a year then have one that's rubbery and last for a lifetime, can you fix that?

I have just this last hour after crapping myself about using the "water and soap" method installed a clear protector invisible armour screen protector on my N900. It has not been long and it already looks awesome! Can't even see it really. It feels good too. It does have a little grip too it but nothing worse than the screen had alone. Finger prints and smudge marks come right off. I will wait 24 hours before I turn on the N900 but so far so good. as far as a case goes, the link below is to a guy on eBay who makes a few different ones for the n900. Still waiting for it to get here but it looks great and I customised the hell out of it. You can do whatever you want!

I got a D2 in black with red suede inner and black stitching. Initials on it and a metal closure thing to avoid the magnet problem. Normal slim belt loop instead of belt clip so it will easily fit in my pocket or on my belt. Should be here any day now. Just nice to have made a decision after days of trying to work out which was the best case/screen protector combo.

Just got mine through yesterday from them. Looks very good and the N900 fits in perfectly. Easy to get out as well, as the case sides are low enough to give room to get a grip.

Lexerd TrueVue Anti Glare: (used 10minutes)
+ The feel of using fingers and stylus
- Not clear so watching images and video is not as good
- Wont stick near any edges (why not glue)
- Not as accurate cutouts as Zagg

Lexerd TrueVe Crystal Clear: (used 1day and counting*)
+ The feel of using fingers and stylus
+ Clear, smooth, feels correct using pen/stylus
+ Watching images and video works good

- Wont stick near any edges (why not glue)
- Not as accurate cutouts as Zagg

Zagg Invisible Shield Screen Protector Only (used 3weeks)
+ Watching images and video works good
+ It sticks perfectly everywhere
+ Looks very good, accurate cutouts

- Rubbery feel when using nail, pen/stylus. The slower you move on the screen the more you feel this. (why not harder)
- The liquid the comes with it on a sponge is unusable.*

+ Use soap and water works perfectly

I think this pretty much sums things up.

I am going to order and try others, but as the only one available in Norway is Zagg I must order from overseas.
I`l update as i go.

Ok here it is..

The almost ultimate shell/pouch/case for the n900:

http://git.pipapo.org/n900case/n900_shell.html

Photos from the prototype with the device:
http://lumiera.org/n900_case3.jpg
http://lumiera.org/n900_case4.jpg

Its a little skewed because I was in hurry to get the first one ready, meanwhile I made a 2nd one which looks a bit better

The website is a bit prelimiary, I may improve it over time.
