I was fed up with my slackwire version (harder to balance) so I took my n900 to the circus to get the new firmwire, but the engineers are a bunch of clowns and hadn't heard anything about it either

I wonder if these firm wires are the reasons the N900 have been plagued with broken USB ports. Yeah, too firm wires would do that.

if you think you got an update and it ain't there, I am calling bullsit ^ 1x10^999999 on every thread started. please don't open a thread unless the update is there (and if it is, you could also use the old existing threads too...)
Unfortunately that isn't foolproof, as often updates are available over the air or via NSU without yet being put onto tablets-dev.

Unfortunately posters cannot rename their own threads, only moderators can.

I realise this is a false alarm, but what you're seeing is a little odd. I wonder why it's showing you an update you already have?

I'm curious, what is a firmwire?
Is it a new kind of wire?

Haahahhaaarrghhh! New all time low on stupidity.
But I'm convinced you're joking though.
Haha!
It feels soo good that everyone is getting it.

(btw, YES, I was joking )
