No, Nokia employees that are still part of the Maemo and MeeGo communities have said explicitly that the next device will ship with Harmattan, which is not MeeGo compliant (and thus not MeeGo.)

Harmattan, aka. Maemo 6 with MeeGo APIs. You've been here for the past year or so at least, and if you're this interested you have been paying attention.

Right?

As for MS, they aren't going to derail the last non-WP7, non-Symbian device they've had in the pipe. At this rate, it'll be their first (and last, hah!) high end device this year.
