sorry i meant to say im creating image ''backgroung is black and text is white in photoshop but when i install and reboot my phone the background is blck but text is blue. y is it happening''

Which program did you use to create this? If GIMP, note, what you should select R5 G6 B5, not X1 R5 G5 B5.
You should also know what @raandoom and me wasted 3 hours to discover this, and now I'm officially hate you.
