Microsoft starting to get presence on the market with lots of tablets so simply abandon windows would be unwise, especially when they have invested so much during the last years. BUT nokia need a second os and android would be great if they could get a great deal with Google.
I would oc rather see other OS. But the truth is few oses will beat the sales of windows and android the years to come. Why not join both?
The smartest thing you said was that they should ALSO do Android. Why would Nokia be so dumb as to intentionally make sure it locks itself out of a market that people are actually pouring money into? This is like getting an invitation to a wonderful, expensive dinner that a host is paying for to give out gifts to everyone--everyone you know is also going--but then NOT go because you're totally trying to convince everyone else that you're going to have a lot more fun staying at home by yourself and shun the gifts. You might just enjoy yourself at home but.. it seems pretty stupid to leave yourself out of such a beneficial invitation that costs you nothing more than a relatively cheap drive over.

There is a chance I might get tomorrow off too, roads are still closed and there is heavy rain.. But in other cities and villages, roads are closed with snow. Heavy snow..
