Hi!

I've found some free time to convert some of the recent pictures have taken with my Kodak V610 into a format which fits the desktop of our tablets:

Feel free to download and use as wallpaper the ones you love the most

nice photos. a bit higher resolution of up to 800 pixels works as well.

What do you mean? Did you click each picture on my blog's post to display the corresponding 800x480px original photo? Sorry, I just realise that my blog is written in French: the instructions I've provided to download pictures may not be understood by everyone here

I thought I would revive an old post. Here is a website that has a lot of backgrounds in the right size for our internet tablets:

http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper_b...oads/date/any/

And then I got a hold of the guy who made this site:

http://wallpaper.hellaphone.com/

and got him to add the n800 to his list of "phones"

Click to find images with size 800x480 or topics/sites/threads where 800x480 images are shared.

Or, search for backgrounds for Eee. This also has 800x480 size.

I have a whole bunch in my UMPC wallpapers section that are really good and work well for the Nokias.

I also love the images at InterfaceLIFT. However, if you go back a year or so, you'll find that the photos don't have a selection for 800x480 from the dropdown box. I'm glad Hellaphone got updated with a selection for N800. I'm tired of having to use ImageMagick to resize/crop my images (even if it is a great command line utility).

I'll also suggest stock.xchng since there are a ton of royalty-free images there. You have to register for a free account, but after that you could spend months searching through all the images available. They don't have nice resize options like InterfaceLIFT, but you can again use Hellaphone.

And there's also this image repository created by another ITT member specifically for the NITs.
