I'm just gonna drive, it's 2hours of driving from NL to DE

You can still hold a sign up for me if you want at your restaurant

Perhaps not as convenient as Paris to attract people, but hey. And that way the froggies could show the F(x)tec brits what cider should be!

(But well, don't push the release date back for an extra meeting, I can't attend anyway, and my decision to purchase is already set in stone.

Needs some camera repositioning obviously.
I thought my puny 2Mbit upload would be the bottle neck but it turned out i can not quench much more than 5 frames at 720p out of the rpi3 without it overheating.
Hope it will still do since most important is the audio being uninterrupted? Opinions?

EDIT, stream is off again since it got pitch black.
Testing other settings and maybe youtube tomorrow.

(as I am not sure, if this reached you in a timely manner, reposting here)
if you would like to present your plans and the current status of the Pro1 project in the Cologne region on Saturday, 2019-08-10, starting at 3:15 p.m., I and @Thaodan would be glad to host you in the "Sailfish OS (community event)" track [1] [2] at FrOSCon 2019 [3].
As the FrOSCon organisers have granted us room C120 with a capacity of 60 people and we expect far less visitors, there also would be enough space for a "F(x)tec Pro1 presentation point" (a couple of tables arranged so they resemble an improvised, small booth). This would have to be set up before the track starts (at 2 p.m.).

The FrOSCon is a yearly Free and Open Source Software conference hosted at the polytechnical university in St. Augustin since 2006 with a few thousand attendees over the course of two days and organised by students.
The "Sailfish OS" track is open to all visitors, but due to the many, interesting tracks in parallel [4] (including ours in room C120 [5]), we expect a mainly SailfishOS oriented audience.

The polytechnics in St. Augustin is in close proximity to the Cologne / Bonn airport ("CGN"): approximately 15 minutes by car and about half an hour by public transport (commuter train from the airport station to Siegburg station, then per tram to station "St. Augustin *Markt*", but including a 7 minute walk from there to the polytechnics).

Please let me know if you are interested to pursue this at all until the end of next week, to allow for the time needed to prepare an announcement text plus to submit a talk and process it (a proper title and a short description is sufficient for that) technically (FrOSCon has extensive infrastructure for this: "frab").
I plan the attend the first time slot at the Duesseldorf meeting next week (in two days, actually), so we may discuss this proposal there.
