If you are comfortable with cutting and soldering wires you can use your desktop computer as a power supply.
I hope you have some extra cables around that you can cut up.
Cut one that goes into the computer USB port and split out the red and black wires. This is you 5 volt power supply. Split the red and black wires out of the cable that goes between the hub and the N770. Tap in just the red and black wires so that the cable from the computer feeds power to the cable going between the hub and 770 so both get power.
There exist pre-made cables to do this but you may have a hard time finding one.
