I just tried my code in the store, and it says that "gift certificate has no balance". Has anyone else tried?

What store URL are you at? I looked at the nokiausa.com and there is no 810 listed to buy.

Oh I got to it too. Same thing "The gift certificate has no balance."

Also it lists the product as Back Ordered - ETA 11/27/07

The nseries.com/n810 still asks for an e-mail to let you know when it's out

go to nokiausa.com (or your local nokia.com site) then click on view shopping cart at the top.
You may need to enter your zipcode, and then you will come to some phone. Click on the phone only option that is a little below the tab menu.
A popup screen will ask which carrier, and you want to be sure to check the "include unlocked phones" option. Then find the n810 click on buy and there you should have a purchase for asking for any coupons or gift numbers. The code is invalid for the coupon, and shows no balance in the gift card number. Yet folks have been buying these over the phone.

Argghh.... Oh the pain...

UPDATE: Called Nokia, and they said the device is available for purchase. So if it is Why is my code not working!!! I could have ordered it had I wanted to pay 479 +S&H (minus the secret discount. ) But I want the super special price that I thought this code would give me. What's going on?!?!

You can't use your code by placing an order on the phone with them ?

Yup 4 days of pain.. actually since Friday evening when I got accepted.. sigh

Did you receive the email telling you that your code that they sent previously is ready to be used now at your local shop? I don't think that was sent yet.

Nokia was being nice sending out the code early, but maybe they should have waited until it was able to be used.
