I have an exceptionally annoying situation occurring on 2 of my n800's. On both whenever you try to do anything with file Manager it crashes. It loads up fine, then if you navigate and select any file, boom it crashes. This is causing other issues also, as I suspect that somehow file manager powers other programs file navigation, since application manager also crashes out if you select a file to install. I also recently downloaded the Palm emulator from access, and using it's install function also causes it to crash. I could understand if this was a one time thing, but both of my n800's are doing it!

Has anyone seen this type of behavior? I'm using the 2nd to most recent firmware (I didn't upgrade to the most recent because there wasn't anything in it that seemed to matter to my usage). Both n800's have similar software installed, so maybe a program is causing this, but except for the built in programs crashing no other programs (except the palm one) seem to have any issues. This started way before the palm emulator was installed, but only got really annoying since I can't install any Palm software with it continually crashing.

It's driving me a bit crazy, I can't wait for the new firmware for 2008 which I hope solves this issue--but for now it's really frustrating.
