So I made the jump and upgraded to OS2008 on my N800 yesterday, and have been quite pleased overall. One problem I've noticed though is that the screen doesn't immediately turn off when I lock the touch screen and keys like it did with OS2007. I did install acmonitor and tweak some other settings before I noticed this, so I'm not sure if that's the default behavior or if I just messed things up. Has anyone else noticed this?

Its default behavior, but screen goes black much faster and does not stay on much long.

Hmm. It's now working properly. Wish I knew what fixed it.

Probably just righted its self after rebooting....
