I am running N800/4.2007.26-8/MMC boot. It runs perfect for almost a month by now, yesterday, I would like to install Gizmo and got a strange looking statement as above. It is a red double boundary rectangle with white background, with a broken envelope on the upper left corner. It is not the usual error message that a program failed to install, and it does not registered on the app manager/tools/log. I then tried the MMapper upgrade, same error statement. I then tried to just install any program, all come back with same statement. I do not know how to approach this, I am thinking just to upgrade to the 2008OS beta. But I am kind of at a lost.....
