I didn't have any problems on my end of the connection, but on the other end they had to play with the video option to get the video to work. When you connect do you see your image? If not you may want to reinstall your Gizmo.

Yup - I see the avatar.
Chat works.
But no audio or video.
Though tbh - I was connecting to a computer on the same LAN. P'raps it'll work better connecting through the net?
