Hi

About the 128MB mini SD card was delivered with the N800 tablet.
What is it's speed? (class 4, class 6 etc')

I would like to replace it with a slow 512Mb card, but I don't want to put there a slower card.
Is it better to place it on the external ot the internak slot?

I never thought to ask the question whether the SD slots are different speeds, so I look forward to hearing the answer!

Small cards like that don't have the SDHC classes, AFAIK. The speed of standard SD cards is mostly a function of the manufacturer. Toshiba's cards are normally the slowest, Panasonic's the fastest, and SanDisk cards are pretty variable. Other brands are just a rebadge of one of these, very often Toshiba. There are various benchmark apps around to test SD cards.
