I will ship to Canada but you will be responsible for the shipping, customs and any other fees. I won't ship this as a gift. The price is still $350 plus your costs to Canada, Customs, and any additional fees that occur.
I have shipped things to Canada and have never gotten any bills from the U.S. Customs office. I also don't know anyone that has. Although, that doesn't mean it doesn't happen at all.
