Hi Everyone,

I'm in big toruble. I cannot get my computer to recognize my n810 using a micro-usb cable I bought from The Source. Is there something different from this cable than the one that Nokia supplies? I don;t have the Nokia cable since I bought this n810 second hand and the seller forgot to give me the cable.

I tried to follow some of the posts on this board, but none seem to be talking about what I need. I have 2 computers (1 laptop and 1 desktop and both hacve Windows XP, SP2, DotNet 2.0, etc...). These 2 computers do not even recognize the n810 when I plug it in. Is there something wrong with this cable or is the cable not meant to work with n810?

When putting the n810 in update mode, there is a USB symbol on the top right of the screen, but the updater program says no n810 found?

Please help!
