This useful app allows you to read MS Word docs and to convert them to PDFs. The developer says he hasn't tested it on the N810. It doesn't seem to have a fullscreen view option yet, but otherwise it seems to work great on the N800. Note that you need to install the antiword utility before installing doc Reader (link included on the Maemo Garage page above).
