Version 0.4 is imminent. This and several other bugs should be squashed. There is a new more finger friendly graphic 'Database/Tables Page', XML based help system and a 'Default Form' page. Still ironing out a couple of wrinkles.

The form page lists the recordset produced by the currently run query. You will only be able to add, delete, update when this is a single table select query
On the form page when an entry field has the focus all the normal edit keys should work apart from tab which should tab from field to field.
There are presently just a couple of key bindings to the Form screen. Page up/down will increment/decrement record count (shifted will jump to end/beginning of record set). I would appreciate suggestions for key bindings.

Would not open an empty Db - makes it pretty hard to create a new db if you can't open an empty one

I used datable daily on my n800 br it was stolen. Now I have a shiny new 810, and installation fails because of PYthon dependency. Tried to follow insructions here

to install python 2.5-runtime, and get
apt-get install python2.5-runtime
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python2.5-runtime: Depends: python2.5 (>= 2.5.2-1osso2) but it is not going to be installed
among similar eors.
Tried just ap-get install python2.5, and it complains of
python2.5: Depends: libssl0.9.7 but it is not installable
I have libssl0.9.8 installd
Is it even possible to get this installed on Diablo?
