I'm on my 3rd N810 after having numerous problems with the first two. The first one, the swap button would stick, and the sound quality from the speakers (especially the left), was extremely poor. I sent it in to Nokia for repair, and they returned it, finding nothing wrong. That pissed me off, so I returned it to Walmart for another. The second one Numerous times would not boot up unless you would take the battery out and put it back in, or tap on the back of the unit on the battery compartment door. The sound quality of this one also sucked. I Returned this one and bought one at Macmall.com, (see post in Deals & Promos), I finally got a good one. The sound quality is great at all volume levels, (even from the left speaker) and everything else works great as well.
