Hi,
am using OS2008 on N800, everything works fine and my many RSS feeds are good (e.g. engadget, theregister, bbc news headlines, financial times etc etc).

I would like to subscribe to the BBC's weather feed, but the 3 day forecast feed doesn't work at all - I simply get "no posts" reported. I am using the Cambridge feed from here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/5day.shtml?world=0326

I have subscribed to their "latest observations" feed which does work, but as it is simply the current wind speed, temp, pressure and conditions, it's not much use!

Is there a log generated where I can find any errors produced, so that I can identify whether it's the Nokia or the BBC at fault?

thanks very much for your time.

Paul

The 3-day feed has a few more errors with date formatting than the latest observations feed:
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?u...rld%2F0326.xml
http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?u...rld%2F0326.xml

I guess the RSS reader is expecting to find a date in the correct format, and being unable to parse it, just gives up.

So... naughty BBC for using '(none)' as the date, and naughty RSS reader for falling over it so easily

I am sending a report to the BBC about it, it will be interesting to see what they say, if anything; in my experience they tend to quietly fix things and say nothing :-)
