Does N800 supports OTG? I know the power limitation on USB line for N800, that can be fix by disconnecting the power line.

If N800 running OS2008 supports OTG, can I connect my Garmin GPSMAP CSX 60 (or any USB GPS device) as GPS device for N800 maemo map/mapper?

I know I can use my Garmin GPSMAP with laptop.

Yep, you can indeed, if you can hack up the appropriate cable. I have my BU-353 USB GPS working hanging off my N800 - and that's a GPS that is powered from USB.

The software side of things might have to be messed with a little to make it access the GPS somewhere different, but it should work.

Don't worry about disconnecting the power line, a standalone Garmin GPS shouldn't draw that much power, and the N800 is good to go up to ~125ma AFAIK.

GPSD needs to know where the serial port is, and I think in /var/lib/gps or somewhere it can be set. The source is available. And the standard GPSD should support Garmin protocol.
