Does anyone know if this is being worked on? Could Nokia "ask" citrix to make a 770 client (i.e. $$$'s)? A citrix client for the 770 would make the 770 a true business tool.

I saw a website with some screen shots of citrix running on a 770, but there were problems reported and intallation requires hacking, etc.

The website was mine. It's possible, but it'd didn't seem to like any input at all (even with a Bluetooth keyboard) so I gave up in re-packaging it.

It's also not very Hildonised. But Citrix did a client for EPOC32 running on Psions, so a custom 770 client isn't impossible: they've even got most of the Linux port to base it on.

You could ask them, see what they say?

Cheers,

Andrew

I have the Citrix app working on my 770.
The hack was published in the other thread, and covered installation pretty well. I don't think it's quite ready for app installer yet though...
The freedom mini BT keyboard with the latest version of the plugin is working for input into the citrix app. Make sure to "click" the input window before attempting to enter text, sometimes citrix is picky about that.
The freedom mini is a little short on some characters, but that can be fixed by using an xmodmap hack of other less useful characters. I think I got xmodmap from the debian linux arm debs somewhere.
Thanks Andrew for the good start on this one
