Hi, I was wondering if anyone could maybe point in the direction or maybe give full directions in the ways of creating programs, I have minimum experience in programing also, so showing from the start would be nice.

You can start with C (if they still teach that at school) or C++, you will also need scratchbox installed. Install Ubuntu on an old pc then scratchbox. Have fun!
