This may be my most challenging to date, but I hope to get enough readers to guilt me into sticking with the program.

My last few attempts were full of epic fail - but this time I have a plan that sounds a lot more fun. Thanks, devaler.

Thoughtfix, I left a post on your blog. Basically, good luck with this, it's a big challenge but an important one too.

There was a fitness add-on on the original Famicom too, it looked a bit like a dance mat and the idea was you ran on it to make the game character run. No idea if it ever got released outside Japan though.

Good luck from everyone here! I think by blogging about it you make everyone here part of your support group, so hopefully his time will be more successful than all the other times.

Dan, sometimes there are some thing more than will power. Nicotine addiction unfortunately is one. go see your doctor and ask for Nicoderm CQ, I have seen many successful quitters after using Nicoderm CQ.

There must be a Wii version of DDR. I bet you'd enjoy that too. And it is real exercise.
