Ok, here's a deb file which should work just like the last deb file I released. It has both the modified version of youtube-dl, as well as the getpass file. As far as the options are concerned in mYTube itself, leave the youtube-dl options default (I am forcing it to -f 5 in the script now). It should show as:

youtube-dl-x -o %d -- %s

As always, use at your own risk. I tested on my N800, and it did ok, but I am not responsible if your NIT catches fire, causes an epidemic, etc.

I got 1 question...is my mplayer setting correct?

mplayer -osdlevel 3 -correct-pts -subfont-osd-scale 3 -- %s

and the kinetic
friction 30
speed 10

I was able to download a video off of myTube, but when I try to play the file, it says "no mplayer"

How can I enable 360p and 480p video playback? It only plays mobile videos (240p)!

I believe that you need to install Mplayer...

I have my Mplayer both GUI and Command Line Installed.

Or you have that and still not says that no Mplayer?

That might need the answers from the sifu's...

Me again....

I have encounter this issue with the Mytube...

It keep on saying "I Cannot Create Storage, Check Rights!"

Both by Downloading and Playing the Video...

Already pointed to the correct folder...

How do i go about that...

Are you using an N800 or N900? If you are on an N900, try this:

Thanks Liquid. I tried that method...now...all my youtube vid not playing....even my previous downloaded vid not playing....its just static there....not launching the mplayer....

i type mytube as a root...refer the image attached.
