What is wrong? It is just a reader/writer. It appears that it does not actually support cellular service?

don't think the product itself is stamped Nokia...that would be a problem...but I think the seller has been spending too much time keyword spaming on eBay and added Nokia N800 to the item title in their store.

It does look like a reader for SIM cards perhaps more targeted toward cloning cards then the mentioned 'back-up'. Reminds me of the days when it was easy to 'test' DirecTV cards...ummm, yeah, right.
