I bought a n800 and was having problems right off the bat. It would spontaneously reboot shortly after getting connected to my wifi with encryption enabled. This was without any SD card in either slot.
I flashed the newer 2008 from osx using flasher-2.0. It seemed to work for a bit, but soon after loggin on and trying to use network it would reboot.
I then tried reflashing with flasher-3.0 in linux and again the same would happen shortly after using the network. I even tried disabling encryption but to no avail.
Then all day when I was out of my house it worked flawlessly, anywhere I could connect, install packages.... I even tried putting in the SD cards and they work fine.
Then when I got home it all started happening again.
So I'm pretty sure it's some interaction with my smc 2404wbr, an older 802.11b router. It doesn't matter if I'm using no encryption or 64bit hex keys.

How could I narrow this down?
