if I try and delete an email account, it doesn't work, it hangs.

is there a way to manually delete the email settings, perhaps by removing some files, or is there some gconf thing I'd have to run.

I'll be very grateful for any fixes seeing as I'm going to going on a trip soon and my IT will be a key communication tool, and only one of the two mail accounts are currently working.

I'm even considering re-flashing to start with a clean slate!

I went to /home/user/apps and renamed email to __email__ and rebooted. It then told me there were no accounts configured, so I created the ones I wanted and everything worked.
Naturally, I'd have lost everything I downloaded, but my tablet is not my primary device. In fact, it has its own email address, and email to that address is copied to my main one, so I can delete emails off the tablet and not care!
