I just got my N810 today, and soon after first turning it on, I noticed a problem. The screen flashes and inverts its colors, with a line about 5/6 of the way across the screen that constantly changes. ::sigh:: Will I have to get it sent in and have it replaced? Is it something to do with the battery, because I haven't charged it completely. It's completely new, from TigerDirect.

I've never heard of a battery problem like that, and can think of no plausible mechanism. I'd say yes, you'll have to send it in. (Or obtain suitable drugs so that you won't notice, I guess... I'd just send it in.)

'Twas a sad day for me, I had to send my N810 :-( I only got a few precious moments with it.
