Default how do i make my wpa password visible

my IT dept is tight with the network passwords, i had to hand in my 810 so the password could be entered. i just would like to be able to re flash an not need the IT guys fingering my unit. thanks

If you backup your settings before reflashing, you will keep your wpa connections running.

The WPA password is stored in clear text somewhere in the gconf config database. I don't exactly remember where, but if you install gconf editor on your tablet and look around a bit, you should be able to find it rather quickly.

I had a similar problem earlier. The password is indeed stored in clear text and is located in /var/lib/gconf/system/osso/connectivity/IAP/<name of your network>/%gconf.xml
