When I go to type it opens the thumb keyboard. Is there a way to make it open the other keyboard instead? Otherwise it works well.

Okay, I finally managed to fix the re-launch issues by adding some code that was apparently missing. That thing was bugging the hell out of me and I'm sure many of you all . So, here's the new version:

    DC,

Do you have any experience with programming, or are you just flying by the seat of your pants and learning as you go along?

Regardless, VNC was at the top of my list of wants -thanks a lot for picking this project up!

I am actually learning as I go, but I've always had an uncanny ability to learn various skills very quickly.

    Hi!
Thank you for this port on IT2006: I was waiting for it!
It works perfectly except that I've noticed that there was no icon associated with the application: am I wrong or an icon was displayed on IT2005 version?

Yeah, that's the strange part. If you install a program like Maemo Mapper it shows up. I haven't been able to figure out what causes it to not show up just yet. Is anyone else having the same issue?

If you're talking about the task navigator icon, check out the Minimo release notes, I rember it had the same issue and was solved by adding a single line in the code, and it also was clearly explained onto the release notes.

Checked it for you :-) If you were talking about this problem, I'd give it a try

"Fixed lack of entry on task navigator by adding StartupWMClass=minimo into
.desktop file. Minimizing it possible now - thanks henry."

ANother thing I've just noticed: on my N770, the fullscreen button does not work, I need to click the proper icon in the toolbar to put VNC fullscreen. Anyone having noticed the same?
