Words of wisdom.

If you go outside the process (much like the gentleman who had issues with a Nokia RMA because he insisted on bundling things with the return they specifically told him not to), expect to be screwed.

When ever I have to deal with scams and scammers I always remind myself of the p-p-p-powerbook.

It wasn't that bad. And at least you take it with humility, and (i hope) a dosis of good humor, unlike the gentleman in question.

Contact the CC company and file claim. I have done this three times with paypal, and every time I have got my money back.

But... it failed the Terry Pratchett test!

"Multiple exclamation marks," he went on, shaking his head, "are a sure sign of a diseased mind."

The Unlocked Nokia N95 is a smart Cell-Phone that frees you from the bondage of space and time. It extends your ability and expands your potential at succeeding nearly anywhere you go - and enjoying every moment of it.
The Nokia N95 - 4 8GB Unlocked Phones shape maybe reminiscent of a small rock, its a teeny oversight considing that the Unlocked Nokia N95 8GB houses technology comparable to that of a miniature computer.
This thing is a time-machine shaped like a small rock, and you're worried about exclamation marks?!
