FYI PayPal hates buyers who do charge backs on their credit cards. This is a very good way to lose your PayPal account and your eBay account.
Always stay within the system you are better protected by PayPals buyer protection program for eBay items. In most cases like this you would get your money back with no need to do a credit card charge back.
