I hope you all dont mind but I am trying to find out some info for a project i have to do. I am trying to find out peoples opinions, good or bad. The project is based on the internet regarding its advantages, disadvantages, things it has done to improve our current lives(work, Private), the advantages and disadvantages for the children. Are there things planned for the future if you work in the industry, new technology, line speeds, ect.You are all welcome to say some thing and the more the better

imo, its biggest contribution is in shrinking the world, for both good and bad.
the second biggest is how it has made people more equal when it comes to ones ability to spread ones opinions. again, this can be a double edged sword.
the trick going forward is to make sure we do not focus to much of the bad sides and therefor flush the good sides down the drain at the same time...
