Hi,

I was very happy to see the very fresh but free for server and client tool x2go:
http://x2go.berlios.de
coming to the tablet.
http://x2go.garage.maemo.org

It would mean we have a secure, optimized, fast, full gui access to our home servers with the 810.

I tried to install it on 2 ubuntu servers but have some trouble with my sudo config on them. "sudo configuration error" when connecting from the 810.

This could be a problem due to the sudo config used in ubuntu.

Perhaps someone has got it running on debian/server?

Or can help?
It would be a great piece of software.

Seems it is very much build upon NX technology, but I don't know the exact differences.

Did you check your logs for a more specific error?

For a more recent version check http://www.x2go.org/index.php?id=7 as of now they're for diablo, but much more up to date than the one on Garage.
