So I keep bumping into a program called gpsdrive for some reason. It is a GPS navigation tool that supports vector maps from openstreetmap.org, uses GTK+, runs on numerous power-limited devices, stores POIs in a proper mysql database, supports wardriving and does routing. It is also stable.
In other words, it's awesome.
A Google search tells me this program was ported to the 770, and presumably worked... then any mention of it vanished off the face of the Earth in late 2006. Any idea what happened to it?
