Hello guys, I would need again some of your super-brains in order to solve a problem of mine.....
The problem, I was trying to install a LAMP on N810 and unfortuntelly I figured out that it is impossible ( If I am wronf, please send me any url).

Afterwards I decided just to add any web-server compilation. So I had found out the post

http://internettablettalk.com/forums...084#post235084

BUT when I am trying to install the

http://www.electronicproductonline.c....1.0_armel.deb

package, the application manager fails . I had tried it a couple of times but still fails...
How am I going to install it?
Or at least to install any web-server with php and any dabatase....

Thanx in advance anyone read this post

Sorry, but that link does not work. Its just says "....1.0_armel.deb"

So, I don't know what you are trying to install. But anyway, you can try the following:

dpkg (via xterm)
Red Pill mode (http://letmegooglethatforyou.com/?q=red+pill+mode) (I HAD TO, NO OFFENSE!!!!)

I can understand the use of dpkg

It is an easter egg in the application manager that removes the filters to keep things unbreakable and simple for the user.

There will be a log in any case (even in normal mode) in application manager explaining why it failed to install - I think it is in the tools menu. If you can copy the information and paste it here it would help.

It is possible that a script is failing so it will install properly but will just say it failed.

I think someone did port apache (and the php extensions) to the tablet. Perhaps you should check the debian or ubuntu ARM archives.
