In windows to get a screenshot you can activate the window in question, then press print screen (print screen being the button above the insert button and next to scroll lock; try using alt or ctrl with it to only grab the active window, not the whole screen), then paste the picture it will have placed on the clipboard into something like Paint, save it and post it here as an attachment.
