I don't know how many times I have said I would be willing. I mean I did make the minimalist theme

Thanks! Post here new threads to become sticky in their forums. We can comment and edit in them until they are ready, annd then move them.

About getting permissions, you need to ask Reggie directly.

Also, didn't the forums have a description at http://www.internettablettalk.com/forums/index.php ?

If they had, volunteers to write such descriptions are welcome too.

I'm fine with this but perhaps it makes sense to keep them in the Newbie forum to avoid new threads about 'Where did my post go?'. Actually a possibility is that Newbie ends up being a gateway to other forums.

Nothe that most of those redirects will vanish after a month.

We have now sticky topic for General. From now we can move threads from there to elsewhere without leaving the redirect.

Let's do the same with the rest of forums: redirects expiring in 1 month unless the forum have the right sticky topic. Except Newbie, where I think keeping the redirects for a month is useful.

You started with this thread, so let's keep using it unless someone comes with a better idea.

Requesting administrator or moderator action is what the report button is for.

I went too fast not leaving redirects in e.g. off-topic and we have got already users complaining. Also the amount of topics posted in General flagrantly belonging to other threads is still high. All in all it makes me think that is better to keep those.

Surely they look ugly, but hopefully they are educational.
